Briosse Bistro

Hey pals! I'm bringing a very good news for all of you who stay in Surabaya, there is a new restaurant in town! So, it's been a while since the last time all the foodies gathered for something like this and today, me and some Surabaya foodies were invited to come and try their food. When I got the invitation I directly check their instagram account, https://www.instagram.com/briossebistro/ then I saw some of their interior pictures and I thought "damn this place must be cool!" and I was right!

However, since this restaurant is located in the west side of Surabaya while I live in the east side, so I was in a rush for preparing myself. Then, when I just arrived in the restaurant I wanted to take my camera and at that time I realized that I left my camera at home. What a fool!? Well, what can I do beside only relied on my phone camera.

Luckily, I managed to take some flatlays shot for the food and I also put some details along.

Personally, I kinda like Tokyo Tofu E Funghi Salad simply cause I really like tofu. However, I couldn't eat Momofuku Chicken Salad cause it has a lot of vegetable and I don't like veges. However, I did try the bbq chicken but I think it's a lil bit sweet. But, overall they taste nice.

Mediterranean grilled chicken skewer, curly fries, coleslaw salad with bbq sauce

These two dishes are my favorites!! I think it's a good idea to combine both, you can eat the fried rice with chicken sashlik and it can happens on the other way around. Besides, most of the foodies agreed that the chicken sashlik was really good! #recommended

Wohoo! This one is my snack-crush! The first dish that caught my attention when I entered the room was this, #cheeseaddicted! I was patiently waiting for the other foodies (who were still taking pictures of this food) until they stopped then I directly grabbed one and BOOM!, the cheese inside was melted inside my mouth. Ahh, I like it so badly!

My overview towards this cafe is that it has a holy grail interior! I was surprised when the door of the lift which brought me to the third floor opened. I saw a very huge room and I was impressed at the same time. Besides, the price of the food was beyond my expectation! I thought it would be like any other restaurant which provide good ambience with a high price. Unlike any other restaurants, Briosse Bistro can gives a very comfy place and ambience with very very veryyy affordable price! I am sooo going back there again (with camera)!!
